Electrostatic Precipitator

The Electrostatic Precipitator, also known as the Industrial Oil Mist Collector, is a well-known device in heavy industries. It is capable of capturing dust particles, oil mist, and fine particles smaller than 1 micron with an efficiency of up to 99%. Nowadays, it is widely used for capturing oil mist and small dust particles in dyeing and finishing industries, such as the exhaust from Stenter machines. The principle of operation of this ESP machine is to generate an electrostatic field to separate dust particles and oil mist from the exhaust gas. The separated oil mist can be reclaimed and reused as a good alternative fuel for combustion instead of furnace oil.
